Interdenominational Ministry
Interdenominational Ministry
As a Catholic, Marianist institution, we embrace diversity and value the dignity of all people. A division of Campus Ministry, "Interdenominational Ministry" (UDIM) serves students from diverse Protestant Christian backgrounds. We uplift various denominational traditions while embracing our unity in Christ.
The Campus Minister for Christian Diversity and Ecumenical Ministry helps to nurture the spiritual needs of students, helping you grow in your faith, and embrace the beauty of difference. We welcome students of all backgrounds and across all forms of diversity. No matter who you are or where you are on your journey, you have a home within UDIM.
WORSHIP
Each Sunday, the Protestant community worships together at 4:00 pm during our Interdenominational Worship service in Marianist Hall Chapel. During this service, you can expect to receive a relevant word, the vibrancy of a diverse community, and varied musical selections from hymns, Gospel, and modern Christian music. Services last approximately one hour.
Communion is served on the first Sunday of each month. All are invited and encouraged to participate as we celebrate communion.
FELLOWSHIP
Fellowship is at the heart of who we are as UDIM. Planned and impromptu fellowships include game nights throughout the semester, coffeehouse-type gatherings, bowling and much more.
service
Community means “everyone.” Throughout the year, we commit to making service a part of our regular calendar whether donating school supplies locally, serving at food banks, collecting clothing for shelters or many other quality offerings.
INVOLVEMENT
Our leadership team meets weekly to plan and host various events within UDIM including retreats, community service projects, prayer services, dinners, receptions and more.
Student Involvement is essential to the work that we do, as a matter of fact, it is the work that we do. If you'd like to become more involved generally or have interest in leadership team, simply contact Rev. Dustin or show up at worship service or any of our other events. We are here to journey together with you!
