Housing and Dining

Love Thy Neighbor — All Thousands of Them

Located two miles from downtown Dayton, our 423-acre campus is bordered by a quiet neighborhood — the ideal surrounding for a residential university.

More than 80 percent of our students live on campus and in the student neighborhood — a one-of-a-kind community of students living side by side in porch-clad houses.

And with its vast dining options and top-notch facilities, the University has received more than eight national awards for excellence in college dining since 2010.
