Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership (EdS)
Students who have successfully completed a master's degree program may also earn an Educational Specialist in Educational Leadership degree (EdS). The EdS program is designed to enhance individual capabilities for educational leadership, and prepare graduates to work in a school district's central office.
The program of study requires a minimum of 33 semester hours of graduate work beyond the master's degree.
The University of Dayton partners with Wright State University to offer this program, and courses may be taken on both campuses.
