Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy

Designed for early childhood professionals who hold an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field

The undergraduate Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy program at the University of Dayton is a part-time, online program designed for early childhood professionals who have already earned an associate's degree in early childhood education or a related field.

As a "stackable" program, this program builds on an associate's degree and allows students to apply up to 12 semester hours of reduced tuition workshop credit based on job-embedded professional development. Coursework combines practical knowledge with theoretical insight. You'll be supported by faculty and experienced professionals in the field as you complete your bachelor’s degree.

Note: This program is a non-licensure program and does not lead to a teaching certificate. To learn more about teaching licensure degrees, visit the Department of Teacher Education >>
