Center for Early Learning

Teacher and toddler in the classroomThe University of Dayton Center for Early Learning is part of the University of Dayton School of Education and Health Sciences. The Center was established in 2011 to advance early care and education through relationship building and shared resources. It also helps to advance UD's Marianist mission to respond to changing times and engage in important community outreach.

The Center serves as an umbrella organization that drives the following initiatives:

Earn an Infant & Toddler Specialist Certificate

This certificate is designed for early childhood professionals. Coursework can be taken as a standalone certificate at the graduate or undergraduate level. It can also be applied to the Early Childhood Leadership and Advocacy bachelor's or master's degree.
