Study Spaces

Roesch Library offers spaces to match a wide variety of study styles. Noise levels vary by floor:

  • Noisy: Ground, first and second floors
  • Conversational: Fourth floor
  • Considerate (mostly quiet): Fifth floor
  • Silent: Sixth floor

Study rooms for individuals and groups are available for online reservation.

Individuals are required to wear a face covering in all library spaces, at all times, even if they are alone in a room. This new requirement protects us all against the airborne spread of COVID-19 variants. Everyone must also comply with the University’s physical distancing requirements. Thank you for your cooperation.

Noisy Study Spaces

Open tables, booths, and lounge spaces are available in the Ryan C. Harris Learning Teaching Center (ground floor) and on the first and second floors.

Study Rooms

Study rooms are available on floors 4, 5 and 6. Minimally furnished, some contain whiteboards, dry erase markers and erasers.
