Diverse Caregiving Support and Resources

As a center committed to offering services and support that help foster a diverse and equitable campus community, we recognize that caregiving comes in many forms: from biological parenting, to emotional support of colleagues and students, to vital self-care and beyond. We would love to hear your feedback as we make priorities in our services offered and update our guides. If you are interested in joining the conversation around caregiving or have questions about support, please contact

If you are looking for support and resources as you care for an aging adult or are looking for a community of individuals who are navigating adoption or the foster care system, there is support here at UD! Consider joining one of our informal resource groups! Or, if you would like to lead an informal group related to caregiving, let us know and we can help you get started.

Caregiving Resource Fair

The Caregiving Resource Fair is an annual event for all UD employees sponsored by Human Resources and the Women's Center. This free resource fair allows UD employees who are caregivers (either to children and/or to aging adults) to engage with Miami Valley organizations who offer support, services, and information for those who balance work and caregiving responsibilities.
