Caregiving Communities

This group is a community of support for the diverse range of LGBTQ+ families that are part of the UD community. This includes LGBTQ+ employees who are parents and employees who are parents of LGBTQ+ children. The group is a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for employees of all identities and family structures including but not limited to bisexual, lesbian, gay, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, asexual, and other diverse sexual orientations and genders. Regardless of the many hats that you may wear, parent, spouse, caregiver, etc., this self-care support group is focused on the act of self-care as caregiving. If you are interested in monthly connections with other faculty and staff who identify as women, then this opportunity is worth exploring.
