Gender in Action

Gender in Action

The Center provides actionable steps and opportunities to be engaged in social justice work with a gender focus, including professional development opportunities for students and employees.

Pregnancy, Parenting, & Caregiving
The Women's Center strives to make UD as inclusive and supportive as possible for all students, faculty, staff, and university guests who are parents or caregivers. This includes providing lactation rooms for mothers to breastfeed or pump, having child-friendly space available for student parents, along with ongoing policy recommendations and evaluation of current services.
