The Female Aspiring Business Scholars (FABS) mission is to inspire and empower young women to pursue a business degree and grow the pipeline of women entering into essential business careers. FABS summer camp offers high school juniors and seniors an avenue to explore business and an opportunity to earn college credit through seminars with UD faculty and business professionals, local networking events, and professional skills workshops. Through immersive and interactive experiences on and around the University of Dayton campus, students will build their professional skills, create self-awareness about their strengths, and explore potential career avenues from business analytics to finance and marketing to entrepreneurship.

The School of Business Administration (SBA) welcomes students of all backgrounds and experiences who celebrate and support our mission to be a part of FABS.

Eligibility: Who Can attend?

Students of all backgrounds and experiences are welcome to attend FABS.
Our overnight, residential camps are open to high school students entering 11th grade (class of 2027) or 12th grade (class of 2026) in the fall of 2025.
Residential camps have limited capacity and will fill on a first-come, first-serve basis.
