Accounting Internships and Full-time Careers

University of Dayton Accounting undergraduate and MPAcc students enjoy many opportunities to connect with potential internship and full-time employers.

• Our chapter of Beta Alpha Psi, the international accounting honor society, hosts over 30 potential employers each year at Meet the Firms, a career fair offered exclusively for accounting students.
• Each spring, Beta Alpha Psi hosts a Leadership Fair to connect first and second-year accounting students with full-time winter/spring and summer internship opportunities.
• Our students also have access to the extensive Career Fairs and opportunities provided by the University of Dayton Career Services.

Students interested in pursuing assurance, tax, or advisory/consulting careers have many opportunities at the University of Dayton. In recent years, the following Accounting Today Top 100 firms have hired our students for internships or full-time positions.
