For Fall 2023 semester only: Clinic Practicum descriptions:
Clinic Practicum section 01
Students work under the supervision of an experienced attorney to assist clients in applying for an expedited pardon from the Ohio Governor. A pardon results in a sealing of criminal records for those eligible.
Clinic Practicum section 02
This Advanced Prosecutor Practicum course, conducted by the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office, will allow law students to get a front row seat to the criminal justice system at work. Students will learn all aspects of criminal prosecution from the Prosecuting Attorney and Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys who are currently doing trial work. Students will be given the opportunity to attend and participate in court proceedings, research legal issues, and draft responses to motions filed by the defense. Assistant Prosecuting Attorneys will meet weekly with students, using their cases and research projects for discussion of factual, legal, and ethical issues. Two credits, Grade Option B. Students must complete 60 credit hours and apply for a legal interns' certificate from the Office of Bar Admissions of the Ohio Supreme Court before the class begins.

Access Your Schedule Online
You may view your schedule or check course availability online by following these instructions. Remember that if a previously closed course is showing that seats are available, this could be due to the normal delay that occurs when a student drops a closed course and another student is notified of the available seat.
- Login using your University Username and Password.
- In the left-hand corner, click on Flyer Student Services (Academics) link.
- Under My Resources, click on Student Schedule link.
- Where it has select a term, from the drop-down menu, select correct Law Term, e.g., Fall 2021-Law.
