Marycrest Complex
Marycrest Complex, affectionately known as “The Crest,” overlooks University of Dayton’s Central Mall. Our largest residential facility, Marycrest is home to roughly 870 students and is co-ed by floor. Featuring wide hallways, large residential rooms, and communal lounges, Marycrest rooms are mostly doubles with some singles. The Marycrest area also plays host to one of our 3 main dining locations and the tranquil Serenity Pines Garden just outside.

•Dining Services Operation located on main floor (Additional facilities available for students with dietary sensitivities.)
•Lobby featuring seating, study areas, and TV
•Laundry room on ground and first floor
•Bike storage room available on ground floor (additional exterior racks available)
•Secure mailboxes and mail room where packages can be delivered and retrieved
•Common Copier unit available for student use

Rooms include a Micro-Fridge (combination microwave and refrigerator unit). Each student is provided with:
•Extra long twin bed (80”) – lofting and adjustable – can be lowered or raised to student’s preference (up to about 5' high) [students can request a side (roll-out rail) if desired]
•Study Table with Lap drawer and Desk Chair
•Pedestal ‘cart’ with Drawer and Cabinet (with Extendable Writing Surface)
•Closet with built in Dresser, Shelf, and a High Storage Nook
A locker system has been established on the first floor of Fitz Hall for students to pick up their mail or packages. Items should be addressed as follows:
