Summer Housing
UD students can apply for summer housing at My Housing. We do not provide roommates, but you can designate your roommate(s) in the application.
Students who need year-round housing or want to remain on campus during the spring and summer semesters can request transition housing (spring semester extended stay/summer semester early arrival).

Available May 18–Aug. 9 - 2025 Rates
- Residence Hall (private room): $1,125*
- Residence Hall (shared room): $900*
- Apartment (2-bedroom/4-person: shared apartment/bedroom): $1,730
- Apartment (2-bedroom/2-person: shared apartment/private bedroom): $2,245
*Meal plans may be required for residence halls.

Intern housing is available for students from other accredited colleges and universities who are taking courses or completing internships in the greater Dayton area.
