RESERVE A ROOM IN THE LTC

Forum 044
A large, dynamic meeting room in the LTC that can accommodate up to 30 people. It is a bright room with west-facing windows and a high ceiling. The Forum is equipped with a ceiling-mounted HD projector connected to a stationary podium which houses a computer workstation, additional laptop hookup, and cable TV, making the Forum ideal for multimedia presentations. The room is also equipped with white boards and movable tables and chairs can easily be configured into a variety of room set-ups.

Studio 042
An experimental classroom for inquiry-based teaching. Named for John O. Geiger, who served as University Provost from 1996 to 2001, it is a flexible classroom space that can accommodate up to 30 people. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass whiteboards, the John O. Geiger Studio contains a giant touch-sensitive video wall –the “Canvas” – on which 4K videos (and higher) are played, where ultra high-definition computer displays are used, where digital ink is used for easy on-screen annotations and students project the screens of their mobile devices wirelessly.
*Studio 042 isn't available for reservations in the spring and summer because of renovations in the LTC. It should be back as a reservation space in Fall 2023.

TeamSpace 020
A meeting room for small to medium groups that can accommodate up to 18 people. This is an ideal space for committees and working groups. Team Space is equipped with white boards and a ceiling mounted HD projector connected to a computer and speakers. Movable tables and chairs can easily be configured into a variety of room set-ups.

Conference Room 027C
A room that seats 8 people and is equipped with a flat screen, computer and white boards.

The Rotunda
An area in the center of the LTC that can be scheduled for informal gatherings, such as poster presentations and receptions.
