Reserve A Room in the LTC

All LTC event and room reservations must be scheduled through 25Live; see the 25Live User Guide for instructions or learn more about space reservations at UD.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Submitting a request does NOT guarantee your reservation. Requests are processed in the order they are received; you will receive a response via email within two business days.

How early can I place a room request?

LTC room reservations open on the same schedule as Kennedy Union:

  • Summer Semester: February 15
  • Fall Semester: April 1
  • Spring Semester: November 1

WHO CAN RESERVE SPACE IN THE LTC?

  • University departments
  • University faculty, staff and student organizations
  • Individual UD students, staff, and faculty

Reservable LTC Spaces
Forum 044

A large, dynamic meeting room in the LTC that can accommodate up to 30 people.  It is a bright room with west-facing windows and a high ceiling, ideal for multimedia presentations. The room is equipped with a computer workstation, projector and white boards. 

Studio 042

An experimental, flexible classroom for inquiry-based teaching that can accommodate up to 30 people. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass whiteboards, Studio contains a giant touch-sensitive video wall –the “Canvas” – for displaying 4K videos and ultra high-definition computer projections. Digital ink enables easy on-screen annotations and students can wirelessly project the screens of their mobile devices.

TeamSpace 020

A meeting room that can accommodate up to 18 people, TeamSpace is ideal for committees and working groups. Team Space is equipped with white boards and a ceiling mounted HD projector connected to a computer and speakers. 

Conference Room 027C
The conference room seats 8 people and is equipped with a flat screen, computer and white boards.
The Rotunda
An area in the center of the LTC that can be scheduled for informal gatherings, such as poster presentations and receptions.
