Reunion Lodging

A highlight of the weekend is the opportunity to stay in a residence hall and relive some of our undergraduate memories. To enter the lottery, you should register for Reunion Weekend, request housing and sign up for at least one paid event (Friday Night Class Party or Porch Party). Find everything you need to know for Reunion housing below!

Housing Lottery

  • All alumni, spouses, families and guests are invited to stay in on-campus housing.
  • On-campus housing is limited and is determined via a lottery system, with preference given to those celebrating a milestone reunion.
  • To qualify for on-campus housing, you must register for at least one paid event (like the Friday night class party or the Porch Party) and a two-night stay is required.
  • Registration for on-campus housing begins in mid-late March and must be completed online.
  • Registration email reminders will be sent to all alumni for which we have a valid email address. To ensure we have your most current information, please complete the online form, email us at events@udayton.edu or call us at 937-229-2912.

  • In mid to late March, the housing lottery will open for 12 hours (from noon to midnight ET). Keep an eye out for messages for when you should visit the Reunion Weekend registration page or visit this page for updated information as March approaches.
  • Sign up for at least one paid event for Reunion Weekend (like the Porch Party).
  • Choose your preferred room occupancy. Two, four, or six-person rooms are available (see details below). Completing this step officially places you in the housing lottery. If your name is randomly drawn, you will be notified and charged for your room on the card used for registration.

  • All roommates may register and opt in for the housing lottery to increase your group's chances of obtaining housing.
  • Due to limited space, housing cannot be guaranteed for all registrants that enter the housing lottery.
  • Facilities will be assigned with every effort to group classes together. Room number will be available at check-in.
  • All placements are final. Rooms are not transferable.
