Employer Engagement Center

The Employer Engagement Center provides on-campus space for employers, campus departments, faculty, and staff to connect with students. The space will primarily be used for interviews and will also serve as a gathering place for student projects, presentation practice sessions, and faculty and staff meetings. The Employer Engagement Center contains nine private meeting spaces, and several rooms are wired for remote interviewing. Flyer First Destination Survey

Each semester the office of Career Services surveys our graduating students to learn their first destinations after leaving the University of Dayton. The reports below present the data for each academic year. Summary reports highlight first destination percentages and some employment and educational destinations. The full reports include responses to all survey questions and also include average salaries by major.
