Supervisory Leadership Certificate

The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program is a 11-day leadership development program presented over six months for leaders in public, private and not-for-profit organizations. This interactive program helps new and experienced front line leaders develop those critical skills necessary to maximize individual and team performance.
Participants leave this program with a solid foundation that can immediately be applied into their workplace. Upon successful completion, participants earn a digital badge to showcase their leadership capabilities, which can be added to their resume and LinkedIn profile. Graduates also receive two extra days of training through our Professional Development programs to further enhance their leadership toolkit.

The instructional mode in which the Supervisory Leadership Certificate programs will be facilitated is a blended format. This is noted below next to each class.
- Blended: Combined in-person/on-campus and streamed live via Zoom with the facilitator being in person.

The Supervisory Leadership certificate program is open to:
- Employees of UDCL partner organizations - $4,200
- Others – $4,550
The Supervisory Leadership program includes 11 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a 360-degree feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each full day. Upon completion, participants earn a digital badge that highlights their leadership growth and achievement. Participants are also eligible to attend two additional days of Professional Development programs at no extra cost.
Successful graduates of the Supervisory Leadership Certificate program will receive a digital badge that can be added to their resume and LinkedIn profile to showcase their leadership journey and accomplishments.
