Next cohort begins October 4, 2022

The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program is a 10-day leadership development program presented over six months for leaders in public, private and not-for-profit organizations. This interactive program helps new and experienced front line leaders develop those critical skills necessary to maximize individual and team performance.

Participants leave this program with a solid foundation that can immediately be applied into their workplace. Upon completion of the program, leaders also receive two additional days of training through our Professional Development programs.

"The SLC program not only strengthened what I already knew, but it also helped me learn what changes I needed to make so I can motivate others to achieve the common goals of the organization. This is the kind of knowledge that cannot be learned on the job."
