The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program is a 10-day leadership development program presented over six months for leaders in public, private and not-for-profit organizations. This interactive program helps new and experienced front line leaders develop those critical skills necessary to maximize individual and team performance.
Participants leave this program with a solid foundation that can immediately be applied into their workplace. Upon completion of the program, leaders also receive two additional days of training through our Professional Development programs.

The instructional modes in which the Supervisory Leadership Certificate programs will be facilitated are blended and virtual. This is noted below next to each class.
- Blended: Combined in-person/on-campus and streamed live via Zoom with the facilitator being in person. We made changes in the physical configurations of our classrooms to meet social distancing guidelines required by public health guidelines.
- Virtually: Available via Zoom.

The Supervisory Leadership certificate program is open to:
- Employees of UDCL partner organizations - $4,000
- Others – $4,300
The Supervisory Leadership Certificate program includes 10 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a 360-degree feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each day. Participants can attend two additional days of Professional Development programs at no additional cost upon completion of this program to further assist in their development.
