Items marked with an asterisk are required.

Your application will be reviewed on a rolling basis before acceptance into the Emerging Leader Certificate, Executive Leadership Certificate, Supervisory Leadership Certificate, or Women Lead. Certificate Program. You will receive acceptance communication from the UD Center for Leadership and additional program information approx. 30 days prior to the program start date. 

Cancellation Policy: You will be invoiced for this program six weeks before the start date. At that time, your seat will be nonrefundable and payment will be expected. A substitute participant for that seat is permitted up to 72 hours prior to the first cohort session, but additional fees may apply for program expenses that have already been incurred (materials, assessments, etc.)
