The Women Lead. certificate program is open to:
- Employees of UDCL partner organizations - $6,300
- Others – $6,950
The Women Lead. program includes 10 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a women’s leadership specific 360-degree feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each full day. Upon successful completion, participants will earn a digital badge that highlights their achievement and leadership capabilities. Graduates are also eligible to attend one additional day of Executive Development programming at no extra cost.
