Your Partner to Develop Leaders
Unlike most executive education programs, we don’t employ a blanket approach. One size doesn’t fit all. At the Center for Leadership, we do whatever it takes to meet three key goals for our partners: develop outstanding leaders, create flexible solutions, and deliver actionable results. We work to build lasting partnerships with individuals and organizations to ensure the content and development methods used are researched-based and relevant. We have partnerships starting under $10,000 for small business and have other partners who turn their training and development function over to our team. Our flexible approach enables our partners to customize and select specific training and development programs to meet their organizational needs. This ensures we remain responsive to an ever-changing market providing our partners with the leadership development tools to innovate, transform and compete in today’s fast-paced business landscape.

- We deliver leadership programs with measurable metrics and learning objectives that are mapped to Korn Ferry’s global competencies and focus on educating the whole person.
- Key metrics for the UD Center for Leadership include program quality, client experience/retention (we have a 90+% renewal rate among partners annually), and impact on our community (we provide a minimum of $100,000 annually in in-kind programming or consulting to non-profit and community organizations).
- We also ensure that each program includes not just content delivery, but also skill practice, so that leaders can practice the skills they learn and immediately apply their new skills when they return to work the next day.
