The Center for Leadership offers a variety of one-day, executive-level workshops designed to tackle the most pressing challenges in today’s ever-evolving business landscape. These immersive programs combine insightful content, engaging discussions, and hands-on skill-building exercises, enabling participants to immediately apply what they’ve learned to create meaningful impact within their organizations.

Executive Development programs are geared towards senior level leaders, business unit leaders, and leaders of other leaders, looking to make an immediate impact on their organizations. These programs are largely one-day workshops taught by some of the top management thinkers and leadership thought leaders in the world today.

The Executive Development training programs will be 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with lunch from noon to 1 p.m. and morning and afternoon breaks). These programs will only be offered in person.

February 19, 2025: Accelerate Growth: Developing Tomorrow's Leaders Today by Amii Barnard-Bahn. Amii has been ranked the #1 Global Thought Leader in Careers by thinkers360. A former Fortune 50 executive, Amii consults with executives at global companies like The Gap, AbbVie, and The World Bank. March 20, 2025: Leading from the Inside Out: Building Trust Through Authentic Leadership by Farah Harris. Farah is a psychotherapist and workplace belonging and well-being expert dedicated to disrupting unhealthy work environments. She is the founder and CEO of WorkingWell Daily®, a company that approaches workplace belonging and well-being from a psycho-social and emotional intelligence lens. Farah has helped individuals and Fortune 500 companies develop healthier workplaces where employees want to stay and thrive because their leaders and teams have grown in empathy, self-awareness, social awareness, and cultural awareness. As a mental health practitioner and consultant, Farah is aware of the intersectionality between well-being, equity, and inclusion. Farah is also the author of the international bestselling book, The Color of Emotional Intelligence: Elevating Our Self and Social Awareness to Address Inequities, a groundbreaking exploration of how cultural background and identity influence our emotional intelligence and shape our relationships with others. REGISTER

April 29, 2025: The Good Fight: How to Use Productive Conflict to Get Your Team Back on Track by Liane Davey. Liane is known as the “teamwork doctor,” she knows how to create high performing teams. Having worked with organizations, including Fortune 500 companies, from across the globe helping teams from the frontlines to the boardroom, she has developed a unique perspective on the challenges that teams face — and how to solve them. Her mission is to transform the way people communicate, connect, and contribute, and, using her expertise in strategy and group dynamics, she delivers the perfect combination of education and entertainment that leaders and teams need to make an immediate impact on their organizations. REGISTER

September 16, 2025: Transformative Leadership: Strategies for Future-Proofing Your Organization by Rob Nail. He is currently a Strategic Advisor, Mentor, and Coach, facilitating programs on technology, innovation, and intrapreneurship at the Nomura SRI-Innovation Center and a think tank on the Future of Learning for CompTIA. On the side, he is developing experiments on future opportunities and implications of the Metaverse and actively experimenting with artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies for the future of work, education, and leadership, while learning from some of the greatest leadership and executive coaches today as an original member of 100Coaches (Marshall Goldsmith’s leadership cohort). REGISTER

October 23, 2025: Dare to Care in the Workplace: Embracing the New Way We Work by Kathleen Quinn Votaw. She is a leading authority on resolving the #1 concern of CEOs across the country: How to find and keep top talent. November 13, 2025: Shatterproof: Overcoming Adversity to Thrive in an Ever-Changing World by Dr. Tasha Eurich. She is an organizational psychologist, researcher, and New York Times best-selling author who helps people thrive in an ever-changing world. She’s worked directly with tens of thousands of leaders and spoken live to hundreds of thousands more, on every continent but Antarctica.   • University of Dayton alumni – $995 per day
