Executive Development

One Day Investment. Lifelong Return.

For 20 years, senior leaders have come together at the University of Dayton to learn from some of the most highly regarded and influential management thinkers worldwide. Each year, the Center presents a variety of one-day executive-level programs that address the topics most relevant to senior-level leaders. Programs are delivered in a workshop format, mixing content, conversation and skill practice, so that leaders can apply what they learn and impact their organization immediately.

Rather than commit to a weeklong program, you can customize your development and choose which programs best address your needs - whether you are looking to improve personal effectiveness and productivity, create a culture of innovation and creativity, or implement sustainable change efforts. At the UD Center for Leadership, you are in control of your leadership education.

  • Become a more effective leader and make a greater impact in your business through real-world learning experiences.
  • Gain access to world-class executive education delivered by some of the best minds in business, nationally and globally.
  • Enhance your network of contacts with other area executives in an environment that encourages learning and growth.
  • Maximize flexibility and participate only in those programs that fit your personal and organizational development needs.

Executive Development programs are geared towards senior level leaders, business unit leaders, and leaders of other leaders, looking to make an immediate impact on their organizations. These programs are largely one-day workshops taught by some of the top management thinkers and leadership thought leaders in the world today.

The Executive Development training programs will be 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (with lunch from noon to 1 p.m. and morning and afternoon breaks). These programs will only be offered in person.
