Recruitment Process

Fall Semester:
Our fall recruitment process consists of interviews to fill Student Coordinator, Blue Crew Counselor and Orientation Leader positions.  Student Coordinators participate in individual interviews while Blue Crew Counselors and Orientation Leaders participate in group interviews.  

Spring Semester:
Our spring recruitment process consists of interviews to fill any remaining Blue Crew Counselor and Orientation Leader positions.  Blue Crew Counselors and Orientation Leaders participate in group interviews. Team Leaders are selected from the pool of hired Blue Crew Counselors.
