RECkids Camp Pricing
Weekly Camp Pricing
- UDCR Rate: $170 per week, per child
- Community Rate: $190 per week, per child
Other Pricing Info
- Early Drop-Off: $20/week
- Late Pick-Up: $20/week
- Package for both Early Drop-Off and Late Pick-Up: $30/week
If your child is NOT registered for the extended care portion of RECkids Camp, we ask that you check in your child between 8:00am and 9:00am and pick your child up prior to 5:00pm. If your child is checked in before 8:00am, you will be charged the Early Drop-Off fee of $20 for that week. Campers who leave camp after 5:00pm on any day will be charged the Late Pick-Up fee $20 for that week.
Pricing Definitions
The rate applies to current UD Campus Recreation members that are registering their children or legal dependants. Verification via official University ID will be requested at time of registration.
To help accommodate schedules, campers may register for early drop-off prior to the start of camp, between 7:30am–8:00am, or stay for late pick-up after the camp day ends, between 5:00pm–5:30pm. Extended care is an additional cost for each camper and must be registered for the week in advance. These prices cannot be pro-rated.

Registration Timelines and Waitlists
Registration form and payment must be submitted to UDCR concurrently. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to ensure your child's space in camp.
A weekly waitlist system is in place and will be used to fill vacancies in maximum capacity weeks as they become available.
RECkids Camp Refund Policy
The RECkids Camp team plans thoroughly to ensure high-quality programming for all campers. With this in mind, our refund policy is as follows:
- Refund requests made 30 days or more prior to the first day of the session will be refunded in full minus a $20 administrative fee per child, per week.
- Refund requests made 29 to 11 days prior to the first day of the session will be refunded at 50%.
- Refund requests made 10 days or fewer prior to the first day of the session will not be eligible for refunds.
- In the case of illness, injury, or other exceptional circumstances documented by a licensed physician or accredited third party, an exception to the refund policy above, may be directed to the Camp Director. These requests will be reviewed individually and may or may not result in an exception.
- Session Transfers: Registrants may request to transfer their session registration to another available camp week within the same summer or to another camper within their immediate family to be used within the same summer, subject to approval and availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of the first day of the originally registered session, subject to approval and availability. Transfers accomplished through the parameters of this policy will be free of charge.
