Self-Service Alternative Format: Sensus Access

By utilizing the Sensus Access software through University of Dayton's Office of Learning Resources website, I certify that I am

a) a University of Dayton employee and will only use the software to transform a document(s) into a format that is accessible to students with disabilities, or

b) a University of Dayton student with a documented disability who will only use the software to access University programs and activities (which access, in light of my disability, I would not have without using the software).

I understand that if I use this software under false pretenses, i.e., for a use other than those contemplated by (a) and (b), I can be subjected to the University’s employee or student disciplinary processes, whichever is applicable.
