Testing Center Guidelines
The OLR Testing Center
If students have been approved for testing accommodations*, and the instructor is not able to accommodate them within the classroom or the department, students may take exams, quizzes, mid-terms, and/or finals in OLR's Testing Center.
Please remember, students have a shared responsibility and must follow the established protocols and deadlines listed below.
*OLR proctors exams only for UD students who are approved for testing accommodations.
- Students must discuss testing arrangements with their instructor prior to scheduling anything in the Testing Center.
- Students must use AIM to schedule their exam(s) in the OLR Testing Center. For instructions, see How to Schedule, Modify or Cancel an exam in the Testing Center.
- Students must schedule exam(s) within the established deadlines as outlined below.
Failure to submit any exam or final request by the deadlines may result in OLR's inability to provide accommodations for testing and the student will have to make arrangements with their instructor.
Deadlines for Test Requests
For all regular semester exams, quizzes, and mid-terms (NOT final exams), students must submit their request through AIM at least three business days in advance.*

*NOTE: Please remember weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
The deadline to request to take a Final Exam with the OLR Testing Center is Monday, November 25th. Late exams/reschedules MAY NOT BE HONORED.
Please submit Final Exam requests EARLY! Students can submit their request as soon as they know the date!
- Please make a separate request through AIM for each final exam.
NOTE: Remember that neither professors nor OLR is obligated to provide testing accommodations for requests made outside of the established timelines.
- Check class syllabus(es) to ensure the correct times and dates have been requested.
