W-2 Information

W-2 forms for tax year 2023 were mailed on January 31, 2024.

Our office will be closed on Friday, March 29th. We will not be processing W-2 requests on this day. 

Requests for duplicate W-2 copies from former employees (including former student employees) can be made using the form below.

  • Note to current employees: You may retrieve W-2 copies on the HR Employee Dashboard in Porches. 
  • Note to former employees: You must update your mailing address with HR no later than January 17, 2024. If you miss this deadline, expect delays in mailing your W-2.

General

Form W-2, also known as a Wage and Tax Statement, is issued to nearly all employees at the University on an annual basis. By law, we are required to mail them to employees (or make available to employees who consent to electronic delivery) by January 31.

Consent for Electronic Delivery

All current employees are strongly encouraged to consent to electronic delivery of their W-2s. This saves the University significant printing and mailing costs. Consenting employees also receive their W-2s much faster. To consent to electronic delivery, access the Employee Dashboard under HR Self-Services in Porches.

Former Employees

Electronic delivery is not available to former employees, even those who had previously consented. W-2s will be mailed to the last address on file with the University. If you need to update this address, please contact Human Resources.

W-2s for former student employees will be mailed to their permanent address on file with Flyer Student Services.

Duplicate W-2 Request Form

Use this form to request a duplicate W-2. Please note that we do not send W-2 copies by email attachment. We will send a link to access a copy of your W-2. For those unable to access copies via our Box system, you may either choose the mail or pickup option.
