Obtaining an ID Badge

In order to submit an access request, contractors must be in possession of a permanent ID badge. Fill out both links below to apply. Approved applicants can get badges for a $10 fee.

Requesting Building Access

Once in possession of a permanent ID badge, contractors may request access to campus facilities via the Contractor Access Request Form on a project basis.

Please note, a valid ID badge number is required.

Contractor Parking

Please fill out the Contractor Parking Request Form to request a contractor parking pass to a University of Dayton lot. You will receive an email confirming your request.

A separate email will be sent once a pass has been issued. That email will confirm the vehicle the pass is issued to, the valid date(s) for the pass, and the lot that it is valid in.
