Submitting Work Requests
Student Work Orders, Academic Work Orders and Key Requests can be submitted through the Work Order Portal. The Work Order Portal can also be used to check the request status.

If this is an emergency (a sudden, unexpected occurrence demanding immediate action) please contact following:
- Monday - Friday
8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.,
Contact the Facilities Call Center at 937-229-3753 - On weekends, holidays, or after business hours
Contact Public Safety at 937-229-2121
Note: Phone/cable/internet issues should be routed to UDit, not through the Facilities Work Order Portal.
Proposal for Permanent Installation of Public Art
To submit a proposal for a permanent installation of public art please complete the Proposal for Permanent Installation of Public Art form and send it to parc@udayton.edu for review.
Before submitting a proposal please review the University Public Art Policy. Also refer to the PARC Floorplans and Campus Map when completing the proposal.
Proposals must be submitted at least three months before target date. Review time can vary depending on the scope of the project.
