NOTE:
If this is a maintenance EMERGENCY (a sudden, unexpected occurrence demanding immediate action) please contact the following:
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-12:00pm and 1:00pm-4:00pm, contact the Facilities Call Center at 937-229-3753.
- On weekends, holidays, or after business hours, contact Public Safety at 937-229-2121.

Note: If you live in the Student Neighborhood, you must contact the Student Neighborhood front desk, 461 Kiefaber, at 937-229-3520 to request new or replacement keys. Students living in residence halls or apartments with a 'front desk', such as Marycrest, Stuart, Founders, Marianist, Lawnview, VWK, Campus South, and Artstreet, must contact the front desk of their residence hall/apartment building if they have lost their keys.
