The Second Week of Advent: A Nativity Village

By Ann Zlotnik

To celebrate the 800th anniversary of the first Nativity scene created by St. Francis of Assisi, your gift for the second week of Advent is an interactive Fontanini Nativity village populated with the Holy Family, villagers and St. Francis himself. To see this elaborate set in person, come to the Nativities and the Natural World exhibit now through Jan. 12.

Visit go.udayton.edu/adventwreath each week of Advent to interact with our wreath and see what surprises we have in store for the UD community and all of our friends near and far.

Ann Zlotnik is a graphic designer and the communications and creative coordinator for the University Libraries and the Marian Library.
