Individual Consulting Sessions
University Funded Retirement Program - 401(a)
The University contributes to a 401(a) group retirement annuity (GRA) on behalf of each eligible employee. The plan is written with TIAA. Its distinguishing features include a four-year vesting schedule, and full funding (University contributions are made every pay period. No contributions are held back). Please refer to your employee handbook for further information.

Optional Employee Funded Retirement Program - 403(b)
Employee contributions are optional and may be made to either of the 403(b) tax deferred annuity (TDA) plans described in the link below. Employee contributions are permitted up to the IRS limit. Please refer to your employee handbook for further information.

Individual Consulting Sessions
One-on-one consulting sessions are available with representatives from TIAA. Sessions are approximately 45 minutes in length and can be used to discuss investing options and/or retirement planning.
