- From the North - Take I-75 south to exit 51 at Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Turn left and follow Edwin C. Moses Blvd east to W. Stewart Street. Turn right and follow W. Stewart Street to S. Patterson Blvd. Turn right and follow S. Patterson Blvd two blocks to Carillon Blvd. Turn left to enter Curran Place.
- From the South - Take I-75 north to exit 51 at Edwin C. Moses Blvd. Turn right and follow Edwin C. Moses Blvd east to W. Stewart Street. Turn right and follow W. Stewart Street to S. - From Campus - Exit campus and travel west on Stewart Street toward the Great Miami River to S. Patterson Blvd. Turn left and follow S. Patterson Blvd two blocks to Carillon Blvd. Turn left to enter Curran Place.
Building Operating Hours
- The building Lobby is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Access after 4:30 pm or on weekends for students and staff requires a University access card.
- Access for special events after 4:30 pm and on Saturday or Sunday must be coordinated with Catering Services - Rebecca Lawson.
Curran Place Parking
Employee and Student Parking – Lot R1, R2 and R3
- All employees and students parked on UD property must display either a permanent or temporary UD Parking permit.
- All employee and student permits are valid at Curran Place.
- Night permits are honored only after 4 p.m.
- No permit is required Monday – Thursday after 7:30 p.m., Friday after 4:30 p.m. or on weekends.
Visitor Parking at Curran Place
- A parking permit is not required for visitors in visitor parking spaces.
- Employees and students are not permitted to park in visitor spaces.
- For visits more than three days, contact parking services for arrangements.
- For group events, contact parking services to make arrangements.
Short-Term Parking
- 30 minute delivery zones are available. Emergency flashers are required.

Summer Hours
- 7:30 am - 7:30 pm the first two weeks of each Summer session
- 7:30 am - 4:30 pm thereafter
Curran Place Room Capacity

- Room rental fees are not charged to UD organizations for events scheduled at Curran Place.
- Set-up time is charged for UD events at $20.00/hr.
- Weekend events, both UD and external, are subject to an additional operating expense fee of $300.00 half and $600.00 full day.
- Classroom rental is subject to availability and only when no class is scheduled. License Agreement and Certificate of Insurance are required for non-UD room rentals.
- All food and beverage service must be provided by UD Catering.
- Fee waiver for charitable or community events requires President’s Office approval.
