What a privilege and blessing to present the Blessed Óscar Romero Human Rights Award to the National Conference of Brazilian Bishops' Pastoral Land Commission.

This international award, presented through the University of Dayton’s Human Rights Center, honors the ministry and martyrdom of one of history’s most vocal defenders of the human rights of the poor and marginalized.
