Daniel J. Curran Place hosts monthly Mass

This past Monday, Sept. 11, 2023, marked the 22nd anniversary of the tragic terrorist attacks in 2001. It was a day for somber reflection on the events of the past, while also serving as a chance for individuals to come together to celebrate their Catholic faith.

Staff, visitors and faculty of Daniel J. Curran Place were invited to Mass, presided over by Fr. Ted Cassidy. The celebration of the liturgy was a collaboration between Campus Ministry and the Institute for Pastoral Initiatives. Those who attended mass were pleased and inquired about future Masses.

With Curran Place being farther removed from the main campus, these monthly celebrations will provide opportunities for individuals to remain connected to their Catholic Marianist faith without having to travel to the main campus.

The Institute for Pastoral Initiatives is pleased to be able to bring this service of faith to all and hopes that participation grows with each month. IPI is grateful to Campus Ministry for the support in this initiative.

Below are the dates, times and locations for this year's remaining Masses.

12:30-1 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 12, Marshall Room # N1840

12:30-1 p.m., Monday, Nov. 13, Marshall Room # N1840

12:30-1 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 14, Marshall Room # N1840
