Registration for the Oct. 20-22 Erma Bombeck Writers' Workshop* at the University of Dayton is open, and seats are available. Register here.

The cost is $499 with the opportunity to laugh and be inspired by a spectacular slate of keynote speakers and accomplished faculty who will help you hone your craft, market your work and explore publishing paths. Back by popular demand: Pitchapalooza, billed as “American Idol for books, only kinder,” and a closing night attendee stand-up comedy show hosted by Wendy Liebman.

The registration fee includes three dinners, two lunches, two continental breakfasts (and snacks!). A bonus: All registrants for the in-person workshop will receive complimentary access to the virtual keynote/Pitchapalooza package. For those interested in the virtual option only, the cost is $79. Register here.

Payment may be made by credit card only, and full payment is necessary at the time of registration.

*Attendees will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of arrival. Regardless of vaccine status, we encourage all attendees to test within 48 hours of arrival. Masks are required indoors for all attendees, regardless of vaccination status. The vast majority of faculty, staff and students are vaccinated on the University of Dayton’s campus.
