As a kid, Sarah Herr '23 learned about the engineer-created magic at Disney World. From then on, she knew she wanted to be behind the scenes creating the magic. Her alumni mentor, Rick Schieltz '72, helped her get connections that would turn into a career.
Whenever I talk about everything that UD has given me and how much I want to give back, I think about Rick Schieltz.
