FAQ

The room will be set up in a classroom style with six-foot rectangular tables that seat two people per table. You are free to arrange it however you like. The tables and chairs are all on wheels for easy moving.

The space has a binder kept in the podium that has a manual on how to use the projectors and also one on how to use the video-conferencing camera.

No, when you reserve the space you must use UD Catering to provide any food you wish to have. Outside food is not permitted. Catering information is available here

To request the space please send an email stating the date, time and reason for your request to Lori Lubbers

We need at least 24 hours upon receiving the request. The space is booked typically weeks, even months out. The sooner, the better.

There is a parking lot attached to the building that is available. It is not necessary to have a parking pass. It is free parking with the option of two overflow lots for additional parking. The back portion of the GE lot directly behind our lot and the U lot over by the Marriot are also available for use.
