Training Resources

Emergency Preparation Training

Being prepared for emergencies is a shared responsibility that helps keep our entire campus community safe. The University's Emergency Management Committee has developed three essential training modules to help you understand how the University manages and communicates during emergencies and how to prepare for and respond various scenarios.

The core emergency preparedness modules below address:

  • Campus Emergency Management - Learn about our university's emergency response system and available resources
  • Emergency Communication - Discover how to stay informed during emergencies and sign up for critical alerts
  • Guidelines for Emergency Situations - Review specific protocols for various types of campus emergencies

Each module is designed to be clear and comprehensive, providing you with the knowledge needed to respond effectively during emergency situations. Select any module to begin your training.

These training resources are important for all members of our campus community including students, faculty, and staff. We encourage you to complete all three modules to gain a solid understanding of our emergency preparedness procedures.

For questions about these modules, or to speak with Public Safety about emergency response and preparedness training, please email pubsafety@udayton.edu.
