John’s background in psychiatric practice emphasizes a combination of both individualized psychotherapy and medication management for anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, psychosis, mania, and more. At the basis of all his treatment, however, he focuses on building relationships and personal growth. He spends his free time with his partner backpacking, climbing, reading, listening to music, and cooking.
