I am working toward a license in professional counseling (LPC) and I am a student in the University of Dayton’s (UD) Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. I have a great appreciation for UD and knew that I wanted to complete my internship at the UD Counseling Center. I worked in a group home and residential treatment setting for about a year while receiving my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Texas in Austin. During that time, I discovered a passion for working with undergraduate students and adolescents. Currently, I am a Graduate Assistant for a Behavioral Health Workforce Education and Training (BHWET) program. Through my work, I have become acquainted with the many resources in the Southwest and Central Ohio regions and have been able to collaborate with many amazing UD faculty and students. A professional interest of mine is working with students to navigate challenges experienced due to college life. I am also interested in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) theoretical approach. A personal interest of mine is rabbits. I have two bunnies!
