My name is Lilliona Iddings. I am a fourth year Psychology Trainee from the School of Professional Psychology at Wright State University. I approach therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral perspective, emphasizing the relationships between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My clinical interests include adjustment struggles, mood/anxiety disorders, and relationship/communication challenges. Outside of a professional realm, I enjoy reading romance and mystery novels, listening to music from various musicals, and playing with my two German Shepherds!
