Profile

As Digital Projects Manager in the Roesch Library, Ryan manages the digitization and digital preservation efforts of Roesch Library's archives collection from University Archives, Marian Library, and the US Catholic Special Collection.

Ryan leads efforts to increase and enrich online access to the University of Dayton Libraries through publication of rare and unique materials via eCommons.

Other areas of focus include collaboration with librarians, archivists, technologists, and vendors in digitization and digital preservation activities. Ryan also trains and supervises student assistants for his department to adhere and ensure best practices.

Ryan currently serves the Libraries' Professional Development Team, eCommons Implementation Team, and the Preservation and Archives Team.
