Profile

Kevin S. Kudlac focuses his practice on patent disputes, including those involving computer and electrical technology. He is a registered patent attorney.

Mr. Kudlac is experienced with matters involving microprocessors, analog-to-digital converters, computer memory, operating system software, financial transaction software, PC chipsets, semiconductor processing technology, video software, and telecommunications software and hardware. Kevin litigates patent matters involving pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food processing and electrical appliances. In addition, he has been involved in numerous intellectual property matters in Asia and Europe.

Prior to his career in law, Kevin was a software engineer at Schlumberger Industries.
