Thomas “Tom” Kopacz is a Contracting Officer for the United States Air Force (USAF). As a Contracting Officer, Tom negotiates contracts between the USAF and various private defense corporations, as well as providing mission focused business advice on complex contract issues. Prior to his employment with the USAF, Tom practiced law in Southwest, Ohio for four years, and served in the United States Marine Corps for five years. Tom graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and the University of Dayton, School of Law, with a Juris Doctorate. Tom lives in the local area with his wife, two kids, and two dogs.
