Robert Klees is Associate Director and Chief Procurement Officer at the Wright Brothers Institute. He is responsible for all the Institute’s financial and contracting/procurement activities. Klees was previously the Director of Contracting at the Universal Technology Corporation. He also has extensive contracting experience with the Air Force as Director of Contracting for the Materials and Manufacturing Directorate and for the 711 Human Performance Wing.
