Madeline Weiler is the Sr. Associate Director of Leadership Programs at the University of Dayton Center for Leadership. She manages a team of Associate and Assistant Directors responsible for over 200 days of leadership and professional development programming annually. A passionate advocate for learning and development, Madeline has a demonstrated history of working to close opportunity gaps in education. Prior to joining the UDCL Team, she served as a 10th grade ELA instructor at Edward White Military Academy of Leadership in Jacksonville, FL where she piloted the development and implementation of a new curriculum, resulting in significant increases in reading proficiency and other student outcomes. Madeline is a Leadership Challenge® Trained Facilitator, is certified in Linkage’s Advancing Women Leaders 360 Assessment, and is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. She received her BA in Psychology and MBA from the University of Dayton and is a 2021 graduate of the YWCA Sojourn Leadership Academy. In 2023, she was named a "Woman to Watch" by the Dayton WiBN.
