Katie Sullivan

Katie Sullivan leads the Executive Leadership Certificate program and oversees custom programs and consulting solutions. With over 20 years of experience at a Fortune 100 company, she is an accomplished leader, executive coach, facilitator, and program director. She specializes in executive coaching, talent strategy, employee engagement, and organizational transformation across corporate, nonprofit, government, and higher education sectors.

Katie is a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC™), a member of the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, and holds certifications in LPI® (Leadership Practices Inventory) Coaching, DiSC Behavioral Spectrum Analysis, Business Motivators Analysis, and as a Certified Facilitator of The Happiness Advantage│Orange Frog Workshop™. She is also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and holds an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and a BA from Miami University of Ohio.
