A'zia is responsible for the day-to-day staff onboarding process which includes ensuring paperwork and background checks are complete and submitted to Human Resources. She also processes paperwork for volunteers, visitors, and temporary staff, along with advertising all staff job postings. A'zia serves as the primary contact for applicants, new hires, and visitors in the staff hiring and onboarding process.
