As the Compensation Manager for Human Resources, Tony serves as a member of the senior leadership team, providing advice to the vice president. Tony is responsible for the classification and compensation management for staff designed to attract, retain, reward, and motivate the productivity of highly qualified and diverse staff, while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include pay administration and processing, annual merit increase and equity process procedures and guidelines, position benchmarking, participation in salary surveys, market reviews, and oversight of the staff promotion process.
